Refund Guarantee Add On:
This supplemental policy can be purchased in addition to Travel Insurance for a flat fee of $299 per person. This guarantees a refund for cancellations made for any reason that is not covered by Travel Insurance (ie. change of heart, work event, wedding).
The Refund Guarantee Add On must be purchased at the time of booking and paid with the deposit and travel insurance. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than 24 hours prior to departure. Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to departure will be processed as per terms and conditions. With this policy travelers are eligible for a full refund with the exception of the Travel Insurance Premium and Refund Guarantee Add On Fee. (This policy was previously called Refund Guarantee Add On Plan)

TRIP CANCELLATION & TRIP INTERRUPTION
Benefits can be paid for unused non-refundable Prepaid Payments or Deposits You paid for Travel Arrangements (for Trip Cancellation) or to reimburse You for the Prepaid Payments or Deposits for unused non-refundable land or water Travel Arrangements plus the Additional Transportation Cost paid (for Trip Interruption): Some examples of reasons for Trip Cancellation or Trip Interruption that can be covered:
• Trip Cancellation / Interruption coverage
• You or a Family Member or a Traveling Companion or a Business Partner's covered Sickness or Injury.
• You or Your Traveling Companion being directly involved in a traffic accident, while en route to Your scheduled point of departure.
• Inclement Weather that causes complete cessation of services of the Common Carrier on which You are scheduled to travel.
Benefits can be paid if You are delayed for 6 hours or more while en route to or from, or during Your Trip, some examples of reasons for Travel Delay that can be covered:
• Trip Cancellation / Interruption coverage
• Delay of a Common Carrier
• Lost or stolen passports, travel documents or money
• A documented weather condition preventing You from getting to the point of departure.
If you miss Your cruise or tour departure because Your arrival at Your Trip destination is delayed for 3 or more hours.
BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS
Benefits can be provided against all risks of permanent loss, theft or damage to Your Baggage and Personal Effects.
Can reimburse You, for the cost of necessary personal effects purchased by You, if Your Baggage is delayed for more than 24 hours during Your Trip.
PRE-EXISTING CONDITION EXCLUSION WAIVER
The exclusion for Pre-Existing Condition will be waived provided:
• Your Payment or Deposit for this plan and enrollment form are received within 21 days of the date Your initial Payment or Deposit for Your Trip is received.
• You insure all Prepaid Trip costs that are subject to cancellation penalties or restrictions and also insure the costs of any subsequent travel arrangements added to your trip within 21 days of their purchase.
• You are not disabled from travel at the time your plan cost is paid.

Refund Guarantee Add On
Refund Guarantee Add On is offered at the time of booking, for an additional charge of $299 Per Person.
When registering with 206 Tours pilgrimages, you have the option to purchase Travel Protection and the Refund Guarantee Add On Plan.
Travel Protection (listed above) provides coverage for medical issues during your trip and can protect your money if you need to cancel due to illness
of self or a family member (among other reasons). Travel Protection also includes coverage for lost or stolen luggage and more (as per www.206tours.com/insurance/insurance).
When you purchase Travel Protection, you will have the option to purchase a non-insurance cancellation fee waiver known as Refund Guarantee Add On (for an additional $299).
The sole purpose of the Refund Guarantee Add On is to permit travelers to cancel for any reason other than reasons for cancellation that are already covered by the Travel
Protection Plan without penalty, provided cancellation was made in writing (email is acceptable), no later than 24 hours prior to departure. If you purchased Refund Guarantee Add On,
you must first file a claim for cancellation in good faith with Travel Insured International (call 844-228-3679), and once denied reimbursement from Travel Insured International,
206 Tours will refund trip costs paid to 206 Tours in full (less cost of the Travel Protection Plan and less cost of the Refund Guarantee Add On).
The Refund Guarantee Add On is only available at the time of booking, and must be paid in full at the time of booking, along with your Deposit and the Travel Protection Plan. Cancellations must first be pursued in good faith under basic insurance. Once purchased, the Refund Guarantee Add On is Non-Refundable. 206 Tours will assume no responsibility for, and cannot be held liable for, any Wrongful, Negligent or Unauthorized Acts or Omissions of any travel agent or travel agency other than that of 206 Tours, Inc. itself, and its own employees.
Residents of New York, Minnesota and Missouri Only
If you are a resident of New York, Minnesota, or Missouri, the Refund Guarantee Add On waiver does not contain any restrictions. You may cancel your trip for any reason and receive a full refund of all trip costs paid to 206 Tours (except for the cost of the Refund Guarantee Add On waiver and the cost of the Travel Protection Plan if you purchased it). For New York, Minnesota, and Missouri residents, the Refund Guarantee Add On waiver may be purchased separately from the Travel Protection Plan. There is no need for residents of New York, Minnesota, and Missouri to pursue a claim under the Travel Protection Plan prior to seeking reimbursement for trip costs under the Refund Guarantee Add On waiver.
