How does it work?
Allows you to cancel your pilgrimage for any reason that is not covered by Travel Insurance up until 48 hours prior to departure, and receive a full refund of trip costs paid to 206 Tours, minus the non-refundable insurance and waiver premiums.
What does it cover?
It covers your trip cost paid to 206 Tours, when your reason for cancelling is not covered by Travel Insurance.
Ex: If your time-off was not approved, financial reasons, or if you have a change of heart about traveling.
When do I need to purchase?
The plan is offered only at the time of registration at a rate of $299, in combination with Travel Insurance, and can be purchased within 48 hours of booking. The fee of $299 must be paid at time of deposit. 48 hours after registration and prior to your departures scheduled final payment date (60 days for most departures) this can be purchased at the amount of $349 per person in combination with the Travel Insurance.
How do I cancel?
All cancellations must be sent to 206 Tours in writing (via mail or email). Cancellations must first be pursued in good faith under the Travel Insurance. If/ when you are denied reimbursement from the Insurance Company, provide 206 Tours with the letter of denial, and 206 Tours will reimburse you for all moneys received by 206 Tours (excluding cost of the premiums for the travel insurance plan and the Cancel for Any Reason policy).
Do I receive all of my money back?
Yes, all money, excluding the cost of the premiums for the travel insurance plan and the Cancel for Any Reason policy.
Residents of New York, Minnesota and Missouri Only
If you are a resident of New York, Minnesota, or Missouri, the cancel for any reason policy does not contain any restrictions. You may cancel your trip for any reason and receive a full refund of all trip costs paid to 206 Tours (except for the cost of the Cancel for Any Reason policy and the cost of the Travel Insurance plan if you purchased it).
For New York, Minnesota, and Missouri residents, the Cancel for Any Reason policy may be purchased separately from the Travel Insurance. There is no need for the residents of New York, Minnesota, and Missouri to pursue a claim under the Travel Insurance prior to seeking reimbursement for trip costs under the Cancel for Any Reason policy.
The Cancel for Any Reason plan is NOT Travel Insurance, and DOES NOT cover the following:
• Anything covered by the Travel Insurance Plan.
• Any services NOT purchased through 206 Tours
• The “Single Supplement” charges which arise from an individual’s traveling companion electing to cancel for any reason prior to departure. In this case, the Single Supplement will be deducted from the refund of the person who cancels. The division of this charge, between the two passengers involved, is solely their responsibility. If insufficient funds are deducted from the cancelling client, the traveling client will be charged the remaining portion of the Single Supplement.
206 Tours will assume no responsibility for, and cannot be held liable for, any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized acts of omissions of any travel agent or travel agency other than that of 206 Tours, Inc. itself, and its own employees.

Cancel for Any Reason
The Cancel for Any Reason policy allows you to cancel your trip and receive a refund anytime up until 48 hours prior to departure. The waiver expires within 48 hours of departure.
