Cannot thank Natasha enough for answering the emergency phone number and working long distance over about 12 hours getting 6 of us safely home to North Carolina! She worked a miracle – and was utterly patient and reassuring while dealing with a bad situation. And to top it off, she got us on a wonderfully comfortable flight home in business class on La Compaignie instead of crammed in like sardines on American.
