Calotta Room

Even the Calotta rooms have the unmistakable dome shape, a distinctive feature of Torre Cintola, and have an area of approximately 237 ft² / 22 m². Perfect for couples and couples with a child, all rooms offer a relaxing view of the garden, pool, or sea. Some of the Calotta Rooms are accessible to people with disabilities.

Orlo rooms have an area of 269 ft² / 25 m² and are particularly suitable for families of 3 or 4 people, as well as larger groups. Calotta Suites are the most spacious option, as they feature not only a bedroom with a double bed but also a living area with a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 4 people. These rooms have the typical dome shape and overlook the sea or the resort’s pool. This room includes the Premium package.

All the restaurants in Torre Cintola are characterized by spacious and bright spaces. Here, just steps from the sea and the pools, you can taste the dishes of Apulian and Italian cuisine, and start your day with a tasty and varied breakfast.

Sfera Restaurant
On the ground floor of the largest dome is the Sfera restaurant, a large bright space surrounded by glass, where you can taste the delicacies of the chefs who bring to life the dishes of Apulian tradition and Italian cuisine. Only during the summer season, themed evenings with outdoor show cooking and live music are planned for dinner.

Globo Restaurant
In the smaller dome is the Globo restaurant, an ideal space for families and children. Here, the little ones receive personalized attention with dedicated menus and equipped areas. The large windows connect the interior with the exterior, creating a welcoming and bright atmosphere. Only during the summer season, themed evenings with outdoor show cooking and live music are planned for dinner.

BLU Mediterraneo Restaurant
On the first floor of the largest dome is the Blu Mediterraneo Restaurant, with a four-course tasting menu and a completely open kitchen. The daily menu offers a modern reinterpretation of Mediterranean dishes. This service, by reservation, is included in the half-board or full-board package, as a replacement for the buffet dinner.

La Dunetta Beach Restaurant
Just steps from the sea, the beach restaurant awaits you for a light lunch with a gastronomic proposal that ranges from salads and snacks to first courses, main courses, and grilled dishes. This service is included in the premium or suite package as a replacement for the buffet lunch or is an extra service for all those on a B&B or half-board basis. The restaurant also awaits you for dinner with an à la carte sushi menu. This service, available by reservation, is included only in the premium or suite package; otherwise, it is considered an extra service.

The Bars
The bars Emiciclo and Arcuato are the two meeting points during your day at Torre Cintola. Both located near the pools, they are cool and ventilated places, perfect for sitting at the tables, exchanging a few words, or simply relaxing while sipping a coffee or a drink.
