The restaurant “Gli Archi” , able to accommodate over 100 guests in two rooms, offers an accurate cuisine both in the proposals of traditional Umbrian recipes and in international ones.
Every morning a refined and wide choice Grand Buffet Breakfast is offered, offering wide assortments of homemade desserts, cold cuts, fruit, cereals, yogurt, juices, eggs, coffee, cappuccino, hot chocolate, tea, infusions, milk, etc.

Hostaria Tradition to rediscover the taste and history of traditional flavors.
Small and welcoming environment with atmosphere and setting of the historic taverns of the town, offering sales and tastings of exclusively local and natural products (we also have a selection of organic products).
Even the wine list enhances known or undiscovered local labels.
The menu presents dishes that belong to our culinary history, such as the simple Norcia lentil soup with croutons, chickling pea or bruschetta soup and much more, … we leave you the taste of “re” discovering them.

Events

In addition to the splendid restaurant the hotel offers two meeting rooms while larger conference rooms are available nearby (a few meters from hotel).
The first one can accommodate up to 150 persons. The second room, on the first floor, with ceilings dating back to the 18th century, can accommodate up to 25 persons. Ideal for small meetings or corporate events, the intimate meeting room is equipped with TV, DVD player, Stereo Hi Fi , flip charts and air conditioning. Free WIFI access.
