Can I book my Holiday Sale journey now?
No, the Giving Tuesday Sale begins on Monday, November 29, 2016, at 12 A.M. EST and ends at 12:00 P.M. EST.
How much space is available on these journeys?
Space is limited, so if you find a particular pilgrimage you like and the dates that work for you, we suggest you book early. Once a journey is sold out (Sold Out will be marked next to the Date of Departure), additional rooms are on request basis only and subject to availability.
Do we travel in Groups?
Yes, our regularly scheduled departures are Groups that come together on the day of arrival. Your Guide will meet you in the Arrivals Hall, and you will be together as a Group throughout the entire pilgrimage, until they drop you back off at the airport for your return flights home.
Is Mass celebrated daily? Does a Priest join us?
Yes, a Catholic Priest is present on every one of our pilgrimages. They celebrate Mass daily, as well as daily Rosary. They are available for Confession at any time, as well as for Spiritual Guidance.
What are the deposit and final payment requirements?
A Deposit of $400 Per Person is due at the time of booking. Full payments are due 60 days prior to departure. You will have between when you register, and 60 days, to make as many payments as you like (as often as you would like) until you are paid in full.
*If you are registering for a pilgrimage that is departure in less than 60 days away, a full payment is due at the time of booking.
Where do I see the Discount being applied?
The “Giving Tuesday” Discount is applied to the TOTAL COST of the pilgrimage.

Can I book this online, or do I have to call your office?
Yes! We encourage you to book through the website. You can also call our office at, 800-206-8687. Our office will only be open on Friday (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and Monday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Is there a limit on the number of people that can be booked at once?
Not at all! We encourage you to spread the word and travel with Family and Friends! As long as the inventory is available, any number of pilgrims can be booked at once.
Can this be combined with another Offer / Discount?
No. This offer is not combinable with any other promotions or discounts.
What can this be used for payment?
206 Tours accepts all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and ACH. You also have the option of mailing a Check.
I can't travel on the dates provided. Can these savings be offered on a customized trip?
Absolutely! If you wish to put together your own pilgrimage or trip, we have a Special team that can help arrange any trip, to anywhere, at any time.
What Airfare is included in the price?
The price noted next to your Departure City (in the box noted) includes flights to/from your hometown – Domestic and International
What is “Land Only”?
That is the price for those who wish to join our pilgrimages, but utilize their Sky Miles, Credit Card Rewards etc to pay for the Flights. (When booking Airfare, just make sure to arrange airfare that departs on the date noted on the website)
After I have confirmed my reservation, can I make upgrades?
Yes. Depending on availability, we can offer upgrades such as Business Class (One Way or Roundtrip), Pre and Post Stays, as well as Hotel Rooms.
Can I extend my stay, arrive a day earlier?
Yes. Once you have a confirmed your registration, we can make any arrangements you would like, at an additional cost. Pre/Post Nights include: One-Way Transfer to/from Airport, Hotel Overnight, and Breakfast in the morning. We can arrange for additional nights, Guided Tours, Dinners, whatever you would like.
Can I purchase travel insurance?
Yes. We offer Travel Insurance that covers Medical, Dental, Lost of Luggage, Trip Delay etc. You can find all information here: www.206tours.com/insurance.
If I am traveling “Solo”, do I need to purchase “Single Supplement”?
No. Prices are based on double occupancy. Many of our pilgrims join on their own, and we room you with another person of the same gender who is looking for a roommate.. Single Supplement is a single occupancy rate that can be purchased if you are traveling by yourself, and wish to have your own Private Room (no roommate).
Is it okay for my children to join?
Yes, we would love to have your children join with you. Depending on the age, we encourage you to review the day by day itinerary on the page, in order to see how much walking is involved.
Do I have to secure a tourist visa prior to arrival?
US passport holders are NOT required to have a visa when joining any of our pilgrimages
If your passport is NOT from the United States, it is your responsibility to contact your local embassy and find out if they need a Visa to visit the country (countries) they are looking to go to. It is the sole responsibility of the pilgrim to obtain the Visa. (A Visa is a government issued document, and we are not able to help with this process)
What vaccine(s) do I need?
No. Vaccines are NOT need in order to join any of our pilgrimages.
