Personal Assistant / Secretary

Looking for a Personal Assistant/Secretary for of our company. We are an established Tour Operator located in Hauppauge, NY. Applicants must be self-motivated, eager to learn, punctual, detail oriented, organized, a good communicator and friendly. MUST be comfortable with computers including Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Internet. Experience with Microsoft Publisher and/or Frontpage are a plus. Fulltime position, Monday thu Friday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. Salary is $10/hour.

Assistant Account Manager

Looking for an assistant account manager for of our company. We are an established Tour Operator located in Hauppauge, NY. Applicants must be self-motivated, eager to learn, punctual, detail oriented, organized, a good communicator and friendly. Computer Systems Analyst

Design/program/upgrade computer networking systems (WAN,LAN,WLAN). Install/configure/troubleshoot hardware components. Design/program custom databases. Design/implement security systems and measures. Perform structured and statistical analysis, data and network modeling. Prepare diagrams and flow charts for software and specific project programming.

 

Permanent Full Time Position, M-F, 9am to 6pm

Salary: $50,378 per year

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Information Technology and 2 years of experience in job offered or as Computer Systems Analyst.
