All of our dining areas, lounges and bars have been carefully designed to accommodate and preserve the intimacy and comfort one expects while cruising. Head over to the Aegean restaurant for some fine dining, or to Aura Grill and Leda buffet for something tasty, quick and easy. Both places serve dishes you won’t forget soon! At the Helios, Eclipse or Muses Lounge & Bar you can enjoy a cup of coffee or even your favorite cocktail, or if you feel like something cozier, you can always relax at Thalassa bar for a night drink, while you indulge in some stargazing. Your cruise is all-inclusive of four freshly-prepared meals a day, but for your comfort and enjoyment, you can also opt to upgrade your dining experience with more exclusive dishes for an additional fee.

Arts & Crafts

A great way to unwind is through learning a new craft, so on board our cruises we offer a variety of interactive arts and crafts sessions for you to unleash your creativity. You can get stuck into lots of different workshops, all of which are listed in your Daily Program, such as origami lessons or how to make rope bracelets. You’ll even be able to make your own postcards to send to friends and family back at home amongst many other arty endeavours.

Dancing Lessons

Learn all the moves of traditional Greek dance with our fun and friendly dancing lessons. Grab a partner and your ouzo and come on down to try Sirtaki, Kalamatianos and Hasapiko. Or, if you want something a bit different, then our Turkish belly dancing and Rock & Roll classes are just what you’re looking for.

Fun & Games

Our onboard quizzes and games guarantee a night of pure entertainment. We have lots of different quizzes on the go like general knowledge, music and a cruise quiz, as well as many other games and board games including Name That Tune, Pictionary, Guess the Celebrity, Stop the Bus and Men vs Women. There are also electronic games to keep every generation entertained such as Wii Sports and many more.

Language Lessons

Traveling to a different country you may want to pick up a few words of the local language, so we have arranged Greek lessons on board to immerse you into the country’s culture. Our Greek lessons are taught by locals who love their language and help you to hold a basic conversation. You’ll learn everything from greeting people, ordering in a bar and telling people about yourself so that you can master basic conversations with the locals when you arrive on dry land.

Demonstrations

Maybe you’ve tried a dish on board and you want to see how it’s made? Then we hold cooking demonstrations where our talented chefs show you how they prepare and cook some of your favorite food from the buffet or a la carte menu. There’s also ice carving demonstrations where you’ll be shown how intricate designs are meticulously sculpted by the crew for your viewing pleasure.

Bingo & Bridge

It might just be your lucky night at one of our fun and sociable bingo games! All you need to do is purchase a bingo card and then wait for your numbers to be called. Or, if cards are more your game, we even have bridge playing areas where you’ll be able to while away the evening hours caught up in the excitement of a tournament. There’s no shortage of entertainment on board!

Facilities

Stateroom Service

Every stateroom features a personal steward and assistant steward who are there to ensure your stateroom is clean, comfortable and safe as well as answer any questions or requests you may have during your cruise vacation. Our dedicated housekeeping crew will also clean your stateroom to the highest standard every morning and evening, as well as provide you with fresh towels (if needed) and turn-down service for a blissful night’s sleep at sea. If you’re travelling with young kids, they’ll certainly delight in our stateroom crews’ skills at animal-towel making! What will greet you when you return to your room – will it be an elephant? Or, perhaps a swan?

Daily Program

The next day’s Daily Program is delivered directly to your stateroom every evening. It tells you exactly what’s happening the following day including Shore Excursion timetables, dining hours and dress codes, opening and closing hours for all onboard services as well as any shows or events that are taking place. It’s your handy guide to everything going on both on board and ashore so you can plan exactly what you’ll do the next day.

Laundry

Your cruise features an efficient laundry service that’s personally picked up and delivered straight to your stateroom. Just use the laundry bag provided in your room, fill in the form with your details and the service you require – standard, express or laundry promotion – and your steward will take care of the rest. What’s more, your account will be automatically charged, so you won’t need to lift a finger.

Telephone | Internet | Wi-Fi

Every cruise ship is equipped with an internet connection and for an additional charge you can access our Wi-Fi, which is satellite permitting. So long as your phone has roaming enabled and you have a signal, you’ll be able to use your mobile phone to make calls or send messages. When we are outside a service area, you are still able to connect via the ship’s satellite at an additional charge.

Photography

On board your Celestyal Cruise you’ll find professional photographers who are there to capture your special moments. Whether you’re celebrating your honeymoon, anniversary or the holiday of your dreams, our photographers can join you on board or when you step ashore to take photos and videos that you’ll treasure. Choose from a variety of packages on offer and you can either purchase individual photos, a DVD album or download them onto a USB stick – and don’t forget to buy your souvenir DVD of your cruise experience.

What’s more, our Agora Shop features everything Greek with exclusive and tailor-made products for you from Greece such as olive oil, wine, accessories and jewelry as well as special tastings and presentations.
